The trend in the 21st Century!!!. In the next few years more people will loose their job most
especially those working in the office. Why? the trend in technology has given companies the opportunity to re-strategies on how to make more money using few work force . What do they do? Companies have decided to buy into software that can do the job of three people using one man.

Who will survive the next ten to twenty years: Those with multiskilled experience and training for example; plumbers, photographers, engineers,I.T experts, event managers and technical people will stand the test of time if we again experience another recession in the global economy. Those who are yet to get a skill or two should do so in due time. Remember more people will still loose their job.
