CLOCKWISE-Multi-skilled Professionals: EATING THE HEALTHY WAY: Food is a basic daily necessities. Effort Must be made to choose from a good healthy time table.Remember you are what you eat. 

What is the proportion of food to be eaten at each meal? In an ideal day, First breakfast which is called tea,water or beverage therapy is presumed the lightest food that is taken probably 1hour after you woke up from bed,the second breakfast should be averagely heavier than the first.Experts said that lunch is the best time to eat a full meal.Supper and dinner should be lighter in other to enjoy a good night sleep.
Note: Depending on your Body Mass Index (BMI) determine the quantity of food eat;Not eating at the right might pose a life threatening disease.

What should dominate 50 percent of our daily food intake? Over time food nutritionist and experts said fruits and vegetables are nutritional power house and an ideal antidote for healthy living. Those who shortchange themselves by eating junks will end up spending more and move gradually from normal weight to overweight and from over weight to obesity, which is the climax. Depending on your environment choose fruits that are available and affordable for you and desist from artificial juice.
