Research carried out recently indicated that 95 percent of Africans do not take their breakfast until 11am or 12noon daily.While about 85 percent of American and British citizens take their breakfast earlier before 7:30am. Recent medical report shows that ulcer is more prevalent in Africa compared to America and Britain.Eating the healthy way is the answer.     The followings must be considered and understood when planning to eat the healthy way:1. first consider your income,money as it implies can buy anything,this is one of the world powerful instrument that determined our purchasing power.You can choose any kind of food you wish to eat if you have the resources to do so. 2.Budgeting: Since our resources are not always the same, everyone must budget or go in line with the resources available to them. 3. Location: Location determine largely the kind of food available for you to buy e.g Strawberry fruit is planted and available in the US, Europe and some other part of the word and less expensive for them to purchase while is scarce and expensive in Nigeria or other African Countries.4.Your Health Condition:
    Your health is another sensitive determining factor of what to eat,if in doubt of your health condition contact your health specialist.
