1. How much do you want to offer someone filling this position?

3. What are the incentives that is accrued to this job?
How do i go about interview without offending the interviewer and meeting their need?
Answer:When you go or are planning to attend a job interview, it is good you study 50 frequently asked questions  and practice as if you are going for a CAMBRIDGE EXAM,ask experienced managers or HR specialist to conduct a mock interview for you.Dress properly and be on time.
Ask the following questions:
  • What special qualities do you need in the person filling this position?
  • Do this organization have a training plan for their staff and do they encourage staff to develop their skills through professional bodies.?
  • When should i get back to you to know the decision of the panel as regards the interview recently concluded.
  • Finally thank the interviewers for the quality time spend to conduct the interview.
