WHEN YOU GET THE JOB
Getting a job is not enough to succeed in your career but keeping it will go a long way. When you get a job in the first 90 days employer will expect you to know and learn certain things that will allow you to succeed in your line of business. Those things could be:
- Have you understood mode of operations in your company?
- Have learn your role in the department where you are situated?
- Have you accomplish the task are you asked to carry out?
- Have you study each staff and learn to work with them?
- Are you a team player?
- Are you a goal getter?
- Do take instructions from your direct supervisor? if yes you set to succeed?
- In all do you do your job professionally?
If all these answers are yes, them your success is definite.
