When you get the job, you might be thinking that the only thing you need to succeed is to understand company culture, learning to work and adjust to new set of people. You might equally think that because i have a degree, a professional certification and a wealth of experience should be enough to succeed as an employee. Yes it is but one is certain in every areas of life that make a man succeed, that secret is your character trait. Many managers and supervisors cry when an employee who is very dutiful and ready to go extra mile and well character want to leave the employer. Your career alone is not enough for you to succeed, what will take you to the top is how you have discipline yourself in working with others regardless of individual traits. Remember, men are the same in nature but different in character, and your ability to live with different personality will assist you in achieving your maximum goal in your career.
