DATING AND MARRIAGE

Question: I dated a lady for 7 years and our courtship lasted for two years, we were set to get married, all of the sudden the lady began to misbehave, all efforts to find out about this misbehavior proof abortive, everybody already know we are getting married. At the moment all other ladies i would have worked on already knows im engaged and will find it difficult to believe the lady im planning to marry for the past ten years is backing out secretly. Do you have any piece of idea for me.
Answer: The piece of advice i want to give you is since she has not told you verbally she backing out find out from her if their is anything she feel you need to know that she's not telling you, plan a special meeting for two of you and make sure you trash out any issues that need to be resolved. If she's courageous and set to leave you she might disclose why she did, if she's not, she will not. But my last piece of advice for you now is start putting your egg in more basket, if you are smart, you might get married before her. DATING AND MARRIAGE

Question: I'm already 44 years on the 10 November 2013, it seems to me that young ladies between the age bracket of 25 and 30 seems not interested in me. I have tried attending socials where i can catch up with ladies, even ladies in my age bracket are looking for someone who is older than them.It will interest you to know that I'm very friendly and i have a very good job . Here i am without a wife and nature is really demanding on me, what should i do to help myself?.
Answer:The first thing you need to do is to re-discover yourself and find new friends, perhaps change your environment, may be from a city to another or even within a town whatever suit. Increase your social life and be ready to talk to laddies,at this time you don't need so long dating, all you need is to use your third eye and do thorough. If your searching is thorough and you are focused, i can assure you depending on your environment and the quality of people you meet, you will surely find someone, maybe not an angel but someone who will meet your standard. Making a choice of a partner is a sensitive decision, sometimes it may take longer time. Regardless of your religion, you need to give serious thought and medication a chance and finally pray for direction. You will be there!!! http://multiskilledprofessionals4all.blogspot.com/

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Question: What should i include in my resume/CV that will catch the attention of the hiring manager?
Answer: Over time resume/CV has been the only medium through which potential employers will get to meet you even before they see you physically. Efforts should be made to spend quality time in preparing both your resume/CV and your cover letter. To prepare eye catching resume/CV, the following rules should be adhere to:
  1. Maintain a one page resume if you have not worked for 10 years and above
  2. If you have worked for ten years and above limit your resume to two pages,HR specialist have a maximum time of about 60 seconds to view your resume so why wasting your time preparing a six pages resume/CV.
  3. The first thing you need to consider is the title of your resume/CV, note that the title of your CV is your name and not Curriculum Vitae.
  4. Next is your current address, your valid phone numbers and your official email address.
  5. The next item is your background/professional summary: professional summary showcases your strength and special skills and the value you want to add to the organization.
  6.  Next is your work experience. In preparing your work experience, you need to start from the position you held i.e what you did, the name of the organization and when you did it.This should be arranged on last come first basis
  7. Next is your Educational/professional training: If you have a first degree and perhaps you are a certified member of a professional body kindly highlight them.
Things/items to avoid putting on your CV: do not include personal details like number of children, genotype, blood group, religion affiliation etc. This can impede your chances of been selected for interview. Every potential employer will provide detailed application form that will request you to give full details of your history, so refrain from giving unnecessary information about yourself.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Question: I'm a graduate with Masters in Business Administration, a first degree in Economics, I graduated five years ago,i have been looking for a job for the past five years but i have not been able to secure one,i spend money everyday and my parent are already complaining and tired of financially supporting a master degree holder who should be providing for himself, what should i do?
Answer: You need to define your goals. Second, use those you know and learn a skill. One important thing you need to understand is that you have an edge over those who hold a first degree. finally, those you know are your resources, use them wisely and remember that most key positions filled and jobs offers are already filled before they are advertised. This reason is not far fetched form the fact that someone who know someone who know someone had already taken the the job before it is advertised.

HEALTH AND LIFESTYLES

PHOTOS OF BABY ON EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDING

HEALTH AND LIFESTYLES

TALES FREQUENTLY TOLD TO BREAST FEEDERS

According to online resource:
New mothers are frequently told tales of why it is better not to breastfeed, these tales may include:

  • A lot of mothers don’t produce enough milk for their babies. This is untrue. Nursing moms actually produce more than enough milk to feed more than one baby.
  • Today’s scientifically developed formulas are just as good as breast milk. Wrong. Breast milk is the only ‘perfect’ milk for baby which is served in the correct proportions and which contains all the necessary nutrients.

At the end of the day, it is the mother’s choice and when the time comes to make the decision to breastfeed or not to – it is important for the first-time mom to be aware of the facts and carefully weigh up the pros and cons of both options.

HEALTH AND LIFESTYLES

HEALTH BENEFIT OF BREAST FEEDING
According to online resources the following benefit is accrued to both the baby and the mother:
  • Moms who breast feed burn more fat – this helps them to get back their pre-pregnancy figures and shed those ‘baby’ kilos.
  • Studies have shown breastfeeding (even for a period of six months) can offer good, long term benefits, such as the reduced risk of heart disease in adulthood, and obesity.
  • The proteins and fats which are found only in mother’s milk enhance brain development.
  • Bottle fed babies are prone to thrush and nappy rash mainly due to the bottle teats not being correctly sterilized, breastfeeding moms do not have this concern.
  • The suckling action is far stronger in a breastfed baby than a bottle fed baby, hence breastfeeding encourages good jaw and teeth development.
  • Rich in natural antibodies, the milk is a defense against common infections and the antibodies will give baby’s under-developed immune system, a powerful boost.
  • Allergies like asthma and eczema are a lot less common in babies or children who have been breastfed.
  • Breast milk serves one single purpose and that is to feed a baby and as such, the milk is packed with all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins to ensure growth and development. http://multiskilledprofessionals4all.blogspot.com/
