What is the criteria for selection?

1.      366 real life questions posted daily and answered by you on our website which will cover:

·         Entrepreneurship,

·         Dating and Marriage

·         Health and Lifestyles’

·         Top News/Photos          

       2. Your brief comment count. E.g. excellent, splendid, and your click on interesting, cool or funny on the widescreen template. Daily post will be posted in the morning/afternoon while award question will be posted in the evening.

What is the deadline for the award?

1^st of Feb 2014 is the open date, by 31^st of July 2014 the first review will be conducted by our panel, those who meet the criteria will be moved to final stage.

What awaits the winners?

Selected winners will get the following awards:

·         A cash award to learn a skill, vocation, and an annual tuition in a higher institution of learning.

·         A copy each of all publications of our partner’s i.e. hard or soft copy.

Getting a job is not enough to succeed in your career but keeping it will go a long way. When you get a job in the first 90 days employer will expect you to know and learn certain things that will allow you to succeed in your line of business. Those things could be:

2. Have learn your role in the department where you are situated?
3. Have you accomplish the task are you asked to carry out?

What do i need to do to win the heart of potential employer/decision makers?
You need to:

• Prepare an organized eye catching resume/CV.
• Use different resume/CV for different position.
• Use a format that is suitable for your qualification and experience.
• Apply for a job you are qualified and suitable for.
• When invited for an interview, be there 20 minutes before the time.
• Wear appropriate cloth for interview. If in doubt find out which cloth is appropriate or that will meet the standard of the organization.  
• Conduct background check about the organization so that you can be abreast of the culture of the company if possible know the salary range paid to someone in your profession in case you are asked to negotiate.
• At the end of the interview ask questions that shows you are interested in the company and not just the job.E.g  How do you describe an ideal employee in this organization.
• After the interview send a brief thank you note to members of the panel.
• When you get the job offer learn and follow processes and continue to improve yourself professionally.
• Consistently add value to the organization because this is the only reason why you are hired.

In the world economy, various key indicators is responsible for each economy. in the developed countries, their is a low/medium level of unemployment,in the developing countries unemployment prevails and in the underdeveloped countries their is a high level of unemployment.

In other to have an edge in any economy, individuals with educational background should learn and equip themselves with more skills that will allow you to be relevant in every economy. According to Andy Fay ''In the next decade more people will loose their jobs except those with multiskills. If you must get the right job even in the mist of little or no jobs available, you need to effectively use your chain of network. 

Remember, that most key jobs with high pay will always be filled with those who are professionally and academically sound, and who have used their network effectively.

In the recent time, companies are downsizing because recent technology made it easier for one man to do the job of three to four men, companies will rather invest in such equipment once and train one staff to use the machine to do the work of four men.

Additionally, those with multiple training and specialized skills will remain in work force. e.g Certified Facility managers, Certified Architect, Trained skilled workers. These are people that will stand the test of time even in this 21st Century.

When couples are married, they enter into a contractual agreement that bind their relationship, their emotions, earthly possession and whatever that life can offer together. Every country has a civil law that protect both the wife and the husband,breach of this law by either party will lead to penalty which might be severe. In America, if you separate or divorce your wife without any tenable reason, the law protect the wife to have at least 50 percent of your total asset. If children are involved, she could have a higher percentage. In Nigeria, British law applies; if you decide to divorce your wife with no cogent reason, if the marriage is done in the law court, you will forfeit considerable amount of your assets and will be obligated to pay a certain amount of money to a designated account to take care of your children.

Over time most couples do not understand that the same affection that lead to winning the heart of your partner should be nurtured regardless of how long the relationship has stayed. Plan and learn to eat together

In a personal interview i have conducted with couples, information reaching me indicated that about 25 percent of the total couples i met with only eat together while 75 percent doesn't. When i asked a follow up questions why this was not so, they responded: i hardly stay at home together with my wife because of my job and personal commitment. Little did i know that eating at home with my wife has given me opportunity to get some information from her both personal and career wise. She feel more comfortable asking me few questions bordering her at meal time than a conventional stereotype meeting.

Are you an office worker who come home everyday? if you cannot achieve twice in a day, pls make dinner a memorable meeting, and maximize your time at home over the weekend.

Are you a business tycoon? who always travel on Mondays and return during weekend pls maximize your weekend by either taking your wife out with children to have fun or you can create fun at home.

TALK ABOUT SEX AT LEAST ONCE IN A WEEK

Sex has two major purposes, first as a medium for procreation, second it serve as a medium for expression of love and equally form a strong bond between husband and wife. It will interest you to know that most couples based on survey carried out end their conflict during sex. Sex as created by God serves as antidote for couples and most couples have expressed their gratitude to God for this special gift.

Plan weekly time to stay alone together

Some couples deny themselves the opportunity of staying alone for at least once in a week. we live in a fast pace world where little or no time is spent with your spouse or children. Most people are too preoccupied with jobs,friends and other engagement but in the long run loose their spouse. The rate of divorce most especially in the advanced countries grow by day, many are due to lack of time with family members. This can lead to infidelity on the part of the receiving partner.

Warning: Emotion is a sensitive part of the well being of human mind, effort should be made to nurture it. Never stay away too long from your spouse!!!

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Over time research carried out showed that about 85 percent of an average African diet is carbohydrate. In Europe, America and some other developed countries survey carried out showed that about 55 percent of their diet is fruits and vegetables. Some African argued that we live in a tropical region and the technology for preserving fruit and vegetables is low compared to a developed countries, they further argued that their weather is friendly and the presence of electricity is 100 percent. Yet another research was carried out in African region and the result indicated that African region have moved up to about 45 percent in technology so the excuse for not preserving our fruits or not eating fruits and vegetables should be ignored. Fruits and vegetable complement our daily food intake. Water is a lubricant for proper and effective digestion. We should get used to taking tablet food supplement when nature has made provision for natural fruits.
Medical experts recommendation for daily food intake:

•  Food =  50 percent
•  Fruits and Vegetables= 30 Percent                     TOTAL= 100%
•  Water=  20 Percent
