What is the recommended hours of sleep per day?
Medical experts says 8 hours is the best time out of the 24 hours in a day to sleep.
Medical experts says 30 minutes of sleep in the afternoon is equal to 3 hours of night sleep.
Some school of thought says 8 hours of sleep is not obtainable in a busy town like New York and Lagos.
My recommendation:
If you live in a busy town, you can sleep 6 hours and add 30 minutes afternoon nap, this will do to maintain a well balanced sleep.
If you live in slow moving city go by 8 hours. Anything less than this will affect your level of concentration during an active day.
