Does your weight affect your sleep?
Survey carried out of recent and personal report gathered from those who are overweight and obese said: it takes me two to three hour before i can find a good rest. And when they eventually does, the highest hours of sleep is between three to four hours. 
Note: Always check your body mass index on my blog to know if your weight is normal, overweight or obese.
