What does it mean to have quality sleep?
Quality sleep mean having a non interrupted deep sleep for a period of time recommended by medical practitioners. It equally means sleeping at the right time.
Sleeping is a very essential part of human mental,physical and social activities that must not be toiled with.
If you deny nature the needed sleep the body to function effectively during active time, you will pay for it in the long run. In most cases it could result to a serious health issue.
