EATING  THE HEALTHY WAY 1
Food is a basic daily necessities. Effort Must be made to choose from a good healthy time table.Remember you are what you eat.
Research carried out recently indicated that 95 percent of Africans do not take their breakfast until 11am or 12noon daily.While about 85 percent of American and British citizens take their breakfast earlier before 7:30am. Recent medical report shows that ulcer is more prevalent in Africa compared to America and Britain.Eating the healthy way is the answer. 

The followings must be considered and understood when planning to eat the healthy way: 

1.first consider your income,money as it implies can buy anything,this is one of the world powerful instrument that determined our purchasing power.You can choose any kind of food you wish to eat if you have the resources to do so. 
2.Budgeting: Since our resources are not always the same, everyone must budget or go in line with the resources available to them.

3.Location: Location determine largely the kind of food available for you to buy e.g Strawberry fruit is planted and available in the US, Europe and some other part of the world and less expensive for them to purchase while is scarce and expensive in Nigeria or other African Countries. 

4.Your Health Condition:

Your health is another sensitive determining factor of what to eat,if in doubt of what to eat in relation to your health condition, contact your health specialist.


Note that (1):
Everyday man has 24hours to himself out of this, man is expected to sleep for at least 8hours to achieve a good and sound mind and the rest 16hours is to stay active and engage in a constructive activities .In a fast moving and busy environment or countries like US,UK, NIGERIA etc. A typical busy location in US is NEW YORK and LAGOS in Nigeria; research carried out on these two states in each country indicated that 6hours of sleep is achieved instead of the standard recommended 8hour by health professionals. If you live withing this region 6hours sleep will be applicable to you meaning they go to bed by 10am and wake up by 5pm.

Note that (2): 
these region is basically associated with traffic due to population. If you live in INDIA or DUBAI, you can have complete 8hours of sleep meaning if you sleep by 10pm you can wake up by 6pm and still get to office by 7:30am .This two countries can achieve this because the population is normal and metro system of train transportation and good road is available everywhere. Which ever applies to you consider the following point and steps to take in other to maximize the good benefit of eating the healthy way:

1. Water and Beverage Therapy: As soon as you wake up from bed,stay for five or more minutes before you get out of bed.After 10 to 20minutes based on your choice take about 1-2 glasses of water or more depending on your weight,a cup of beverage,oats drinks,custard,fruit drinks or any light food rich in fiber depending on your choice.Some chose to add cookies or a slice of bread or two.

2. Exercise: Because of the long hours of sleep, the body need a stretch to remain active for the next 16 or 18hours of staying active. A larger percentage of people believe that exercise is a way of punishing oneself and do not make any difference whether you do it or not.Experts have advised that exercise is not a matter of time spent,even a 15minutes of exercise will do for a whole day work. Another group of experts advised that walking on the road is a perfect type of exercise widely recommended. If in doubt of the kind of exercise you need to engage in, consult your health specialist for what is suitable for your Body Mass Index (BMI). 

3.When should i take my breakfast:
Breakfast:Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period.You will noticed that shortly after your water and beverage therapy and few minutes of exercise is over,perhaps 30mins to 1hour latter, you will feel like going to the rest room. Remember what you ate yesterday is already digested and have moved from the small intestine to the large intestine waiting to be discharged.
Note the followings:
A. The first breakfast is taken in the morning during your water and beverage therapy probably by 6am.

B. The second breakfast is probably taken 1hour 30mins or more after leaving the rest room. For those living in an advanced countries, 8am is their practice while those living in a developing countries e.g Nigeria etc going by 6hours of sleep, 9am is an ideal time,anything more will jeopardize your healthy way of eating.

4.Create a time tablecreating a time table to some is burdensome and hectic but you can be dynamic with your food time table.

QUESTION:What kind of food will be suitable for breakfast? Based on the earlier discussion the first breakfast should be lighter e.g
A. Oats drink  B. Nigerian Sandwich C. Custard/Ogi/Akamu D. Nigerian Pancake E. Slice of Bread F. Fiber Drinks G.Fruits. Note majority of this itemized food is only applicable to Nigerians and Africans.

America and Europe have various kind and term related to breakfast, for example: full breakfast, tea breakfast, bed-and-breakfasts (B&Bs).A full breakfast might include more options such as cereal, porridge, kippers (smoked fish), toast and jam or marmalade, kedgeree, and devilled kidneys. Fruit juice and dry cereal were added to the breakfast after 1950.  The term “full breakfast” is used to differentiate it from the simpler continental breakfast of tea, coffee and fruit juices with croissants or pastries. In Britain, the “full breakfast” is called a “full English breakfast” and often shortened to “a full English”. Around Europe this type of breakfast is often termed as “an English breakfast” to distinguish it from a “continental breakfast”. A full English breakfast usually consists of bacon, sausages, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, sausage and fried bread. While, the traditional ones are bacon, eggs, fried or grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried bread or toast, and sausages, usually served with a mug of tea.

How Many times should i eat in a day?
A third war country like Nigeria,Ghana and some countries within African region basically use a 3 meal plan:usually breakfast,Lunch and dinner. In an Advance country e.g US,UK etc have tea breakfast,full breakfast,midday Meals called Luncheon or Lunch,supper and dinner.In any way you can use any plan as it suits you.
Note: Regardless of how many time you eat,consider a healthy food plan.

What is the proportion of food to be eaten at each meal? In an ideal day, First breakfast which is called tea,water or beverage therapy is presumed the lightest food that is taken probably 1hour after you woke up from bed,the second breakfast should be averagely heavier than the first.Experts said that lunch is the best time to eat a full meal.Supper and dinner should be lighter in other to enjoy a good night sleep.
Note: Depending on your Body Mass Index (BMI) determine the quantity of food eat;Not eating at the right might pose a life threatening disease.

What should dominate 50 percent of our daily food intake? Over time food nutritionist and experts said fruits and vegetables are nutritional power house and an ideal antidote for healthy living. Those who shortchange themselves by eating junks will end up spending more and move gradually from normal weight to overweight and from over weight to obesity, which is the climax. Depending on your environment choose fruits that are available and affordable for you and desist from artificial juice.
