Question:I have tried water therapy and still do not see major changes in my system. In fact, i now take between one to two litters of water everyday and try to exercise yet no major changes. Occasionally i feel headache at the middle of the day and sometimes before i go to bet. The worst is that their is this pain i feel in my chest, what should i do?
