WHY SHOULD I GET ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

During the agrarian age, many school of thoughts agreed to the fact that: go to school, get a degree, get a job and you will be okay.
During the information age which is the 21st century, a special school of thought called multiskilled professionals believe that going to school to get a degree is not enough to get you going.Yes go to school, but you should go to school to get a degree, a vocation, to learn a trade, technical training and professional certification. I have reechoed to people that many are losing their job every day and more are going to loose their job but only those with many skills or who can multitask will align with any economy and those group of people are referred to as multiskilled professionals.

HEALTH-THE BENEFIT OF GOOD SLEEP

HOW LONG SHOULD I SLEEP?
According to National Sleep foundation:
Sleep needs vary across ages and are especially impacted by lifestyle and health. Thus, to determine how much sleep you need, it's important to assess not only where you fall on the "sleep needs spectrum," but also to examine what lifestyle factors are affecting the quality and quantity of your sleep such as work schedules and stress. To get the sleep you need, you must look at the big picture.
Though research cannot pinpoint an  exact amount of sleep need by people at different ages, the preceding table identifies the "rule-of-thumb" amounts most experts have agreed upon. Nevertheless, it's important to pay attention to your own individual needs by assessing how you feel on different amounts of sleep. Are you productive, healthy and happy on seven hours of sleep? Or does it take you nine hours of quality ZZZs to get you into high gear? Do you have health issues such as being overweight? Are you at risk for any disease? Are you experiencing sleep problems? Do you depend on caffeine to get you through the day? Do you feel sleepy when driving? These are questions that must be asked before you can find the number that works for you.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING-SEXUAL ORIENTATION

Why Are Some People Homosexual or Bisexual? Most scientists today agree that sexual orientation (including homosexuality and bisexuality) is the result of a combination of environmental, emotional, hormonal, and biological factors. In other words, there are many factors that contribute to a person's sexual orientation, and the factors may be different for different people.

However, homosexuality and bisexuality are not caused by the way a child was reared by his or her parents, or by having a sexual experience with someone of the same sex when the person was young. Also, being homosexual or bisexual does not mean the person is mentally ill or abnormal in some way, although there may be social problems.
