Planning your sleep!
Most people do not understand that sleep and active time must be planned. When your sleep is planned, try to be flexible in other to manage yourself effectively. Remember sleep is essential to the body just as food is essential to the tummy. Effort must be made and time must be set aside when it comes to your sleeping schedule.
You are what you are by what you eat, and  the quality of sleep that is enjoyed over time.

Does your weight affect your sleep?
Survey carried out of recent and personal report gathered from those who are overweight and obese said: it takes me two to three hour before i can find a good rest. And when they eventually does, the highest hours of sleep is between three to four hours. 
Note: Always check your body mass index on my blog to know if your weight is normal, overweight or obese.

I have been dating a lady for six years, at the beginning of the relationship she told me her age and i told him my age.Subsequently when it was time for us to marry i discovered that my wife to be is five years older than me,more importantly i found out that she's SS while I'm AS. What does it mean to have quality sleep?
Quality sleep mean having a non interrupted deep sleep for a period of time recommended by medical practitioners. It equally means sleeping at the right time.
Sleeping is a very essential part of human mental,physical and social activities that must not be toiled with. 
If you deny nature the needed sleep the body to function effectively during active time, you will pay for it in the long run. In most cases it could result to a serious health issue.

What is the recommended hours of sleep per day?
Medical experts says 8 hours is the best time out of the 24 hours in a day to sleep.
Medical experts says 30 minutes of sleep in the afternoon is equal to 3 hours of night sleep.
Some school of thought says 8 hours of sleep is not obtainable in a busy town like New York and Lagos.
My recommendation:
If you live in a busy town, you can sleep 6 hours and add 30 minutes afternoon nap, this will do to maintain a well balanced sleep.
If you live in slow moving city go by 8 hours. Anything less than this will affect your level of concentration during an active day.
Tell you what it means to have quality sleep tomorrow.
