HEALTH-THE BENEFIT OF GOOD SLEEP

FOR BETTER SLEEP ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWINGS:
  1. Establish consistence sleep and wake up schedules, even on weekends
  2. Create a regular, relaxing bedtime routine such as soaking in a hot bath or listening to soothing music.
  3. Create a sleep-conducive bedroom that is dark,quiet,comfortable with a normal room temperature.
  4. Exercise regularly; you do not need to engage in a strenuous exercise before you satisfy that need. Only a ten minute walk or a five minute jug will go a long way for the day.
  5. Endeavour to drink adequate water,drinks or enough varieties of fruits to assist your digestive system.
  6. If you have a health issue, follow strictly the recommendation of your health practitioners.
  7. Early to bed early,early to rise make man healthy and wealthy.
CAUTION!!!
Do not shortchange yourself by either sleeping late,eating late or engaging in a strenuous activities while you are supposed to be in bed. The consequent might lead to two weeks bed rest or a serious migraine symptom.

New Born                          0-2 Months               12-18 Hours
 
Infant                                3-11 Months             14-15 Hours
 
Toddlers                           1-3 Years                  12-14 Hours
 
Preschoolers                    3-5 Years                  11-13 Hours
 
School Age Children        5-10 Years                10-11 Hours
 
Teens                              11-17 Years                8.5-9.5 Hours
 
Adult                                     18+                         7-9 Hours
