What Proportion of Fruits and Food should be taken?
Experts say 65 percent of what should be consumed on a daily basis should be fruits while 35 percent goes to food. Unfortunately 95 percent of what people consume is food while they seldom take fruits. If you have this lifestyle you will soon move form normal weight to overweight and end up becoming obese. Remember you are what you eat. 

Fruit and vegetables: Note that fruits can best be eaten in two ways;
1. Eat directly after thorough washing
2. Blend and take it as liquid
Caution!!! Beware of can fruits drinks they contains preservatives and addictive.
Vegetables are best eaten when it is mildly cooked or diced for vegetables salad. When cooked for long the chlorophyll is gone.
